Join the pilotWe are keeping privacy in place from the start. Every family gets their own Bella, completely separate from every other family. Nothing a family shares with Bella is ever seen by another family, used to train anything, or sold. What's told in a family stays in the family.
And if they ever want out, they just place a request. Everything Bella knows about the family gets deleted. Simple as that.
We also make sure the data itself is stored securely. Our database infrastructure is HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant, so even the place where Bella keeps a family's information meets the standards used by healthcare and financial companies.
